Refund policy

Overview

All Roam & Harvest apparel is made to order through a print-on-demand fulfillment partner. Because each item is produced specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as sizing preferences or change of mind. However, we stand fully behind the quality of our products and will make it right if something arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives with any of the following issues, we will provide a free replacement or a full refund at no cost to you:

• The item is damaged or defective (tears, print errors, manufacturing flaws)

• You received the wrong item, size, or color

• The item does not match the product listing 

To be eligible, you must contact us within 30 days of the delivery date. Please email us at contact@roamandharvest.com with:

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

• Clear photos showing the damage or error

Once we review your request, we will send a replacement at no charge or issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

Because our products are custom-printed on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges for the following:

• Sizing issues (please review our size guide carefully before ordering)

• Change of mind or accidental orders

• Items that have been worn, washed, or altered 

We strongly encourage reviewing the size chart on each product page before placing your order. If you have any questions about sizing, please reach out before you buy and we'll be happy to help.

Cancellations

Because production begins quickly after an order is placed, cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of purchase. After that window, we cannot guarantee a cancellation. Please email contact@roamandharvest.com as soon as possible if you need to cancel.

 Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.

 Subscriptions, Digital Goods, and Restocking Fees

Roam and Harvest does not sell subscription products, recurring memberships, or digital goods — all purchases are one-time apparel orders. We do not charge restocking fees on approved returns or replacements.
